I was introduced to Lilycare when we were trying to decide about putting my Dad on hospice care. I didn’t know much about your company and was hesitant to choose you. I had worked at SNHMC for many years and knew HHH well so I initially chose them. After 2 weeks with Dad under their care, I was not happy with the very limited care they provided. At that point, I notified the Nurse Manager at Premier that I wanted to use Lilycare.

From day one with the wonderful compassionate nurses and LNAs from Lilycare, his care improved 100%! They were there 6 days a week spending over an hour each visit pampering him and making his difficult situation much more bearable. I can’t say enough good thoughts about your caregivers. Lisa, Jess, Jordan, Kaylee and others were amazing and truly cared. My Dad’s last days were hard on him and us, but knowing he felt no pain and was kept comfortable as he passed away with such loving care, warmed our hearts. All of you are angels on Earth!
